In between vacations and enjoying summer, your PTO Board met with Dr. Alexander and then held our last meeting of the year. The Exec Board reviewed what worked and what didn't - including your input - and planned some great activities and more for next year!
Some of the fun that made the list: an e-Directory, another awesome Trivia Night for Parents (tentatively scheduled for 11/14), support for more sports and clubs, class t-shirts and more!
Of course we will continue to support our teachers and staff with even higher classroom stipends and grants and show them our appreciation with meals and more.
Finally, we will support our students and families with - recurring and new - community events and by continuing the 'Teens in Need' program, helping students in need participate in academics, sports, performing arts and clubs.

The PTO Board also bid a sad "Farewell" to Katie Scheibel, last year's VP of Membership and Activities, as she is rotating off the Board. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Katie for your energy and helpfulness and all of the amazing events that you orchestrated for BVNW and PTO. You will be missed!!!
