Our Mission is to foster a strong sense of community, support student spirit and achievement, and strengthen the partnership between parents, teachers and administration. We plan on doing this by:

  • Supporting our teachers, counselors and school staff, so they feel appreciated and equipped with resources needed.
  • Supporting events, sports, clubs and activities that enable all students to have positive experiences and build pride for their school.
  • Informing, engaging and growing our community of PTO Members and donors.

Your PTO's grant program provides support to our students through funding academic, club, athletic, and performing art requests for equipment, supplies and more. Leave YOUR Legacy: contribute to our New Mascot! 

The PTO has kicked off a summer campaign to replace our aging Husky mascot with a new, bigger and bolder, bronze statue. Please help us to raise the remaining funds needed for this project by clicking on the image below or follow the QR code.

 

Help Teens in Need! 

TEENS IN NEED (T.I.N.) Program

The PTO's "Teens in Need" or T.I.N. program's purpose is to give all BVNW students the opportunity to participate in academics, sports, performing arts, and school-sponsored activities regardless of financial circumstances. We hope to cover essential costs like equipment, uniforms, and supplies for example, to help remove financial barriers preventing student engagement: a win-win for the whole BVNW community!

 

How can you help?

Make a monetary donation that will be used to stretch the PTO budget to purchase items on the list or pay for participation fees. Click HERE and select "T.I.N. Donation" to donate directly to the fund or drop off at the BVNW front desk a check made out to BVNW PTO with "TIN Fund" in the notes. 

If you know of a student who has been excluded from a class, sport or activity based on ability to pay, please encourage them to contact their Counselor or Program Sponsor to make a request.

PTO Board currently needs an Assistant Treasurer the 2026/27 School Year. Please email BVNWPTO@gmail.com if interested.

Two volunteers (AM shift or PM shift) are needed to help with school pictures on August 21st. Please email christineshammond@gmail.com if you can help.

 

Volunteers are needed to make sure the Homecoming Dance is a success! Dance is on October 18 from 8p-10p at BVNW. Early and late shifts available. Click HERE to learn more and sign up.

Purchase and display your Husky Yard Sign & Placards to support school activities and show your Husky Pride!  There is a huge array of placards on hand from graduation year to all sports, clubs and activities.  If you don’t see a specific placard or the placard states "sold out"  please use the custom field.  100% of the profits go to supporting all students at BVNW.    Due to the high volume of orders signs and placards are taking anywhere between 1- 8 weeks for pick up.
